ZS888 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply consistently. Understanding them will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

• "ZS888" – Refers to the online gaming platform accessible at zs888.biz, including all services, games, promotions, and customer support functions provided through it.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" – Any individual who has registered an account on ZS888 or who accesses the ZS888 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" – The individual registered account created by a player on ZS888 using a unique username and verified contact information.
• "Funds" – Real-money PKR balances held in a ZS888 account, whether deposited by the player or credited through promotions as real cash.
• "Bonus Funds" – Funds credited to an account as part of a ZS888 promotion that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" – The number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes withdrawable as real cash on ZS888.
• "KYC" – Know Your Customer – the identity and address verification process that ZS888 may require before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• "Services" – All products offered on ZS888 including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, poker, and promotional offers.
• "PKR" – Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all ZS888 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated.

Access to ZS888 and all services provided on it is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must meet all of the following criteria to open and maintain an account on ZS888.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an account on ZS888.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or accessing ZS888 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law as it applies to you.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of ZS888 or its associated companies, unless ZS888 has provided explicit written permission for that individual to hold an account.
• You must register only one account on ZS888. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

ZS888 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the account registration process or during the lifetime of an account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account restriction or closure.

Opening an account on ZS888 is straightforward, but it comes with obligations that you must fulfil to maintain your account in good standing. The following requirements apply from the moment you begin the registration process on ZS888.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during ZS888 registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any details change – including your mobile number or email address – you must update them in your ZS888 account settings promptly.
• Only one ZS888 account is permitted per person, per household, per shared device, and per IP address. ZS888 uses automated systems to detect multiple account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts linked to that individual will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Your ZS888 account is for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or allow any other person to access or use your ZS888 account.
• ZS888 accounts may only be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing from accounts or wallets belonging to another person is not permitted and will trigger a compliance review.

You are entirely responsible for the security of your ZS888 account. ZS888 provides security tools to help you protect your account, but their use is your responsibility.

• Keep your ZS888 login password strictly confidential. Do not share it with any other person, including ZS888 support staff. ZS888 will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password for your ZS888 account that you do not use on any other platform. A strong password includes a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your ZS888 account. This is available in your account security settings and adds a significant layer of protection.
• Log out of your ZS888 account when using shared devices or public internet connections.
• If you suspect that your ZS888 account has been accessed by someone else, contact the ZS888 support team immediately via live chat or at support@zs888.biz. ZS888 will investigate and take appropriate action to secure your account.
• ZS888 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials, except in cases of verified ZS888 platform security failures.

ZS888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

• ZS888 does not charge any deposit fee. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside ZS888's control.
• Deposits must clear before any bets are placed. ZS888 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
• ZS888 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if there is reasonable suspicion that the deposit originates from fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Deposit limits can be set voluntarily in your ZS888 account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.

ZS888 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and without unnecessary delays. The following rules govern the withdrawal process on ZS888.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on ZS888 is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, although very large withdrawals may be split across multiple transactions for operational reasons.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is to prevent money laundering and ensure funds return to their original source.
• ZS888 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Most withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are completed within one hour during standard operating hours.
• ZS888 does not charge withdrawal fees. Fees applied by your bank, mobile wallet, or payment provider are not ZS888's responsibility.
• Before approving withdrawals above Rs 50,000, ZS888 may require KYC verification. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot of your payment method account showing your name. ZS888 will notify you if verification is required.
• ZS888 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for additional verification if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ZS888 will inform you of the reason for delay within 48 hours.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Real cash winnings generated from real-money bets are not subject to wagering requirements on ZS888.

ZS888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

• Each ZS888 promotion is available only once per player, per household, and per device, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonus offers cannot be retroactively applied to your ZS888 account.
• All ZS888 bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on ZS888 is 10x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets. Bonus funds do not count toward the wagering of other bonus funds on ZS888.
• Games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in individual promotion terms.
• ZS888 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's bonus if there is evidence that the promotion is being exploited through low-risk hedged betting, multiple accounts, or other forms of bonus abuse.
• The ZS888 welcome bonus of up to Rs 50,000 is available to new players on their first deposit only. It cannot be combined with other welcome offers and is not available to players who previously held a ZS888 account under any other name or device.
• Referral bonuses under the ZS888 Refer a Friend programme are paid as real cash with no wagering requirement, provided the referred player meets all qualifying conditions as stated on the Refer a Friend page.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the ZS888 platform, covering casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and poker.

• All ZS888 games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied by licensed third-party providers. The outcome of every game is determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by ZS888, the player, or any third party.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game – including connection issues, system errors, or software malfunction – ZS888 will attempt to resolve the round using the last confirmed game state. If this is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to your ZS888 account.
• ZS888 does not accept responsibility for losses resulting from player-side technical issues such as power cuts, internet disconnections, or device failures.
• For sports betting on ZS888, all bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition or governing body. In-play bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is submitted. ZS888 reserves the right to void bets where odds were clearly published in error.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealer announces the outcome and it is confirmed by the system. In cases of genuine dealer error verified on video, ZS888 may void the affected round.
• Players may not use any automated system, bot, script, or software to place bets on ZS888. Any bet placed using automated tools will be voided and the account subject to immediate closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZS888. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one ZS888 account, or registering an account in someone else's name or using another person's identity documents.
• Using a ZS888 account to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds originating from fraudulent payment methods, stolen cards, or unauthorised use of another person's financial accounts.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit promotional offers on ZS888.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive game formats on ZS888 to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing login credentials with any other person or allowing another person to operate your ZS888 account.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any software vulnerability in the ZS888 platform.
• Making false claims to ZS888 support regarding game outcomes, payment issues, or account disputes with the intent to fraudulently obtain funds.
• Claiming the same ZS888 promotion multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts or other deceptive methods.

• Reality Checks: You can enable pop-up alerts at set intervals during a session showing how long you have been playing and your net result on ZS888.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from gambling on ZS888, you can self-exclude for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. ZS888 will not allow reactivation of a self-excluded account before the exclusion period ends.
• Permanent Closure: If you wish to permanently close your ZS888 account, contact support and your request will be actioned within 24 hours. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any ZS888 content without prior written permission. Use of ZS888 content for commercial purposes without authorisation is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property law.

ZS888 provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZS888 excludes all liability for the following:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on ZS888, including losses from any individual bet, session, or promotion outcome.
• Technical interruptions, connection issues, or service unavailability caused by factors outside ZS888's direct control, including internet service provider outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their ZS888 account credentials or failure to log out from shared devices.
• Inaccurate information provided by a player during registration, which results in account issues or payment delays.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the use of or inability to use the ZS888 platform.

ZS888's total liability to any individual player, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's ZS888 account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes ZS888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either the player or ZS888 may close a ZS888 account under the circumstances described below.

• Player-initiated closure: You can request account closure at any time by contacting ZS888 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided no outstanding withdrawal conditions are pending.
• ZS888-initiated closure: ZS888 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms, evidence of fraudulent activity, suspicious financial transactions, or failure to complete required KYC verification. In cases of confirmed fraud or bonus abuse, ZS888 may close an account and forfeit all balances.
• Inactive accounts: ZS888 accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ZS888 will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before applying any dormancy fees or closing a dormant account.

ZS888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, ZS888 will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a notice displayed prominently on the ZS888 website. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the amendment notice. Your continued use of ZS888 after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using ZS888 and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between ZS888 and each player are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and ZS888, you should first raise the matter with ZS888's customer support team, who will investigate and attempt to resolve it fairly and promptly. ZS888 aims to respond to all formal dispute notices within 5 business days with a reasoned decision. If you are not satisfied with ZS888's resolution, you may pursue any remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection or contract law.
